Importance Of Pens: Writing is something that we do every day but how did it all start? As with every other invention throughout history, this invention was a result of man trying to make life easier. The purpose of writing was to convey messages over long distance and to many people. A pen is very simple, inanimate object, yet it plays all the possible roles on daily basis. Pens are good for anything and everything, from writing a signature for a billion dollar business transaction or scribbling a doodle on a post it note. A pen is not only an invention of plastic, metal and ink, which somehow transfer liquid inside a cartridge to writing on a paper; it is much more than that. It is a tool used by the brain, hands and the imagination to copy and physically transform lifeless ink into expressions of our minds and hearts. A pen helps us to find our voice. Pens have become one of the most important parts of our life.

The word tech often brings to mind metallic sheens, backlit blue screens and red LED’s. While these colors are all present in technology, they don’t necessarily reflect some of the more recent business values we see arising from the tech field. These include awareness of how technological practices influence the environment as well as a dedication to creating products that feel natural to use. By pairing green with modern, flat or geometric design you let your customers know that your business is in touch with the natural world. This approach can work well for businesses applying technological innovation to plant-based practices, businesses that produce products with environmental consciousness or even products with an organic feel or user interface.

There are many other types of businesses that connect customers with nature while respecting the earth such as landscaping, permaculture and solar energy companies. The logos for these organizations often feature a green leaf or animal to emphasize the connection to planet earth. If your company is eco-friendly, don’t hesitate to let your customers know by using the color green!
